48 hour cancellation policy. Credit card required to book.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours:
- First Cancelation - We understand unforeseen circumstances happen. 50% fee may be waived due to illness, injury, or accident
- Second Cancelation - 50% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
- Third Cancelation - 99% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
Appointments that are No-Call, No-Show:
- First Time - 50% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
- Second Time - 99% of services booked will be charged to the credit card on file
